Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data, your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name as provided by Google. We never see your password (authentication is handled by Supabase) or your Google credentials.
• Study activity, your answers, confidence markings, timing, scores, and your self-reported exam date. This is the product: it powers your diagnostics and readiness tracking.
• Payment data, the Service is free and we collect no payment details. For purchases made before August 2026, we retain only the Stripe customer reference and payment status from that era, never card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the Service (exams, diagnostics, drills, readiness tracking) and to send transactional email (account notices, study nudges you can opt out of). We do not sell your data.

Processors

We rely on Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payment records from the pre-free era). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies

We use cookies required to keep you signed in, plus measurement pixels from Google, Microsoft, and Meta that tell us when our ads lead to a visit or a signup. These pixels never see your study activity or exam results. When you create an account, we may also share a hashed (unreadable) version of your email address with these providers so they can measure which ads led to it. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook ad preferences, or block the pixels entirely with a browser content blocker. We also set a first-party cookie that remembers how you first found us, and links in our emails are tagged so we know when a visit came from an email we sent.

Session analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people move through the site, which records pages viewed, clicks, and scrolling so we can find layout and usability problems. Text you type, including anything entered into a form, is masked before it leaves your browser, and exam questions and answers are never recorded. A browser content blocker or the Do Not Track setting stops the recording entirely.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Email support@passlineprep.com to delete your account and associated study data; we complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security & contact

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our processors, and access to production data is restricted. The Service is not directed at children under 16.
