Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name as provided by Google. We never see your password (authentication is handled by Supabase) or your Google credentials.
• Study activity — your answers, confidence markings, timing, scores, and your self-reported exam date. This is the product: it powers your diagnostics and guarantee tracking.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer reference, plan, and payment status — never card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the Service (exams, diagnostics, drills, guarantee tracking), to process payments and guarantee claims, and to send transactional email (receipts, account notices). We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Processors

We rely on Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Email support@passlineprep.com to delete your account and associated study data; we complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security & contact
