Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Passline at passlineprep.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Passline Prep LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Educational purpose
Passline is an independent study resource for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. All practice questions are original works created from public securities regulations and the publicly available FINRA SIE content outline. The Service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or professional advice. Passline is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FINRA.
3. No guarantee of passing
Passline makes no promise, warranty, or guarantee that you will pass the SIE exam or any other examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, including scraping or systematic copying of question content.
5. Free access
The Service is currently free to use with an account. We do not collect payment details, and free access has no time limit. We may introduce optional paid products or features in the future; if we do, nothing you already use for free will start charging you without clear notice and your explicit agreement. Plans sold before August 2026 were discontinued when the Service became free; accounts that purchased them keep full access.
6. Intellectual property
All question content, explanations, and software are the property of Passline and are licensed to you for personal study only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the question bank. FINRA® and SIE® are registered trademarks of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc., used here only to identify the exam the Service helps you prepare for.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passline's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Sections 6 and 7 survive termination for claims arising before it.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Service and become effective 14 days after posting. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Questions: support@passlineprep.com.
