Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Passline at passlineprep.com(the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Educational purpose

Passline is an independent study resource for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. All practice questions are original works created from public securities regulations and the publicly available FINRA SIE content outline. The Service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or professional advice. Passline is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FINRA.

3. No guarantee of passing

Except for the defined Pass Guarantee in Section 6, Passline makes no promise, warranty, or guarantee that you will pass the SIE exam or any other examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, including scraping or systematic copying of question content.

5. Plans and billing

We offer a monthly subscription and a one-time purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal, and access continues through the end of the paid period. The one-time purchase grants access that does not renew and includes the Pass Guarantee. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice; changes never affect an already-paid period.

6. Pass Guarantee (one-time purchase only)

If you purchased the one-time plan and do not pass the SIE exam, you may claim a full refund of your one-time purchase price, provided all of the following conditions are met:

• Before your scheduled exam date, you completed at least 2 full-length practice exams in the Service, or answered at least 60% of the question bank. The Service tracks this automatically on your Guarantee page.
• You entered your scheduled exam date in the Service before sitting the exam.
• You submit your claim to support@passlineprep.com within 30 days of your exam date, attaching your official FINRA score report showing a non-passing result.

Approved claims are processed within 7 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. One claim per person; the guarantee applies to your first SIE attempt after purchase.

7. Intellectual property

All question content, explanations, and software are the property of Passline and are licensed to you for personal study only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the question bank. FINRA® and SIE® are registered trademarks of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc., used here only to identify the exam the Service helps you prepare for.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passline's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Sections 6–8 survive termination for claims arising before it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Service and become effective 14 days after posting. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Questions: support@passlineprep.com.
